The Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical position at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, WI, involves providing patient care based on assessment, planning, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions
  • Manage patients with a variety of conditions in a dynamic, fast-paced medical-surgical environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure documentation compliance

Qualifications:
  • Active Wisconsin RN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Preferred: 2+ years of medical-surgical or hospital experience, including trauma care at a Level II facility
