Description
RieLes Group is seeking a highly experienced Occupational Medicine Contract / Project Manager with demonstrated leadership experience as a Medical Director, Occupational Health Director, Program Manager, or Medical Program Administrator to support OSHA's Office of Occupational Medicine and Nursing (OOMN)
Position Overview
This role is ideal for physicians who can provide both clinical occupational medicine expertise and program leadership/management support, allowing them to fulfill physician responsibilities while contributing to contract and program oversight functions. The contractor will support OSHA's Medical Examination Program (OMEP), review medical surveillance examinations, determine fitness-for-duty status for OSHA personnel, and provide consultation on enforcement-related occupational health matters

Contract / Project Manager
Location: Remote
Schedule: Part-Time / As Needed
Shift: Monday–Friday, generally available 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Estimated Hours: 100 annually
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary liaison between contractor and OSHA
Oversee contract performance and quality assurance
Monitor schedules, deliverables, and staffing
Verify work products and reports
Prepare status updates and management reports
Coordinate personnel coverage and project activities
Meet with government officials regarding contract performance
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience
Experience managing healthcare, occupational health, or federal contracts preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables
Federal Occupational Health Physicians
Candidates comfortable working on Eastern Time business hours
Ideal Candidate:
An experienced Occupational Medicine Physician with Medical Director, Occupational Health Director, or Program Manager experience who can perform both the Full-Time Physician role and the Contract/Project Manager responsibilities, providing clinical leadership and contract oversight under a single resource
