RieLes Group is seeking a Licensed Medical Provider (MD, DO, PA, NP) to provide on-site support to the Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) team at Reisterstown, MD, and Edgewood, MD. The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) operates key facilities in both Reisterstown and Edgewood, Maryland. In Reisterstown, Camp Fretterd hosts the Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ), which includes critical administrative and operational functions such as the G3 (Operations) Staff, Inspector General, and Community Relations Office. This location serves as the command and control center for MDARNG activities across the state. In Edgewood, MDARNG runs the Army Aviation Support Facility at Aberdeen Proving Ground South, which houses aviation units including the 3-126th, 1-169th, and 1-224th Aviation Regiments

Position Overview:
The MDARNG seeks a licensed Medical Provider (MD, DO, PA, NP) to perform non-treatment medical readiness services to help maintain and improve Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). The role includes conducting:

• Annual Periodic Health Assessments (PHA)
• Pre/Post Deployment Health Assessments (PDHA/PDHRA)
• Aviation & Specialty School Physicals
• Other non-treatment exams as needed
• Documentation will be completed in the Medical Operational Data System (MODS), supporting the Army’s IMR goal of 90–100% fully medically ready Soldiers.

Worksites:

• Camp Fretterd Military Reservation – Reisterstown, MD (3 days/week)
• Flight Surgeon’s Clinic – Edgewood, MD (1 day/week)
• Telework: Not authorized (except for Government-declared emergencies)

Requirements:

• Licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA in good standing (any U.S. state)
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year clinical experience preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must comply with all base regulations (security, safety, traffic)
• Must have a valid ID and reliable transportation between sites
