Are you a Registered Nurse searching for a new opportunity? If you answered yes to this question, RieLes Group has the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking four (2) qualified Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team. Services will be performed at the FCC in Bastrop, TX 78602.

Specific duties may include but are not limited to:

• Screening of inmates
• Assisting mid-level providers with procedures 
• Evaluating and treatment of inmates
• Administrating medication to inmates
• Responsible for placement of catheters
• Monitoring vital signs and glucose
• Assist with performance of mental health examinations, monitor behavior issues, and suicide watch of inmates 
• Assist with dress changing and venipunctures
• Shall assist with patient education and counseling of patients 
• Will use documentation according to policy and good medical practice

Qualifications:

• Must have a full, active, and unrestricted license to practice in any  State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
• Minimum of two  (2) years recent experience in acute care, ambulatory care, Medical/Surgical or psychiatric care facility
• Some knowledge of working in an inmate population (but not required) 
• Must be CPR Certified 
• Must comply with any mandatory health and immunization requirements
• Shall possess documentation of medication administration and intra-venous competency
• Must be able to pass a background check
